About Me

I have been studying and practising yoga for over 10 years.
My journey into health, fitness and wellness started at the age of 5 when I began training as a gymnast. An active life style and developing skills such as co-ordination, flexibility, balance, strength and discipline from a young age carried into late teenage years where I took on responsibility of coaching a small group of young children, passing on my skills and love of gymnastics. The influence of gymnastics extended beyond the gym and into my lifestyle.

While completing my Masters in Business Administration at university, I joined a Jazz Dance group. I could easily connect to the physical and mental skills I acquired as a child and discovered my passion for the creative and artistic expression through movement with music

Book A Class

Everyone from beginners to those who are experienced are welcome to join me for a yoga class. Please book a class below using the form and I look forward to seeing you in class!

Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy yoga differs from general yoga in several ways. Classes are specifically designed to create a safe and nurturing environment to unwind, connect with yourself, your body and your baby while feeling empowered and more comfortable with growth and change.

Corporate Yoga

Having spent more than 13 years in the corporate world, experiencing the stresses from deadline-driven work & projects and side-effects from sitting (or standing) at a desk all day, I understand the importance of mental health in the workplace. Mental health has long been an overlooked part of employee wellbeing.

Private Yoga

Private yoga classes are a great way to develop a home practice, or if students are completely new to yoga and may feel nervous and would like some private sessions before joining a public class. Other people may lead busy, hectic work lives that do not enable them to attend classes.
