About Kids Yoga (7 – 11 years)

You are never too young to start! In a fun, supportive and nurturing environment children learn to develop important inter- and intrapersonal skills that build the foundation for lifelong well-being.

Focus:
• Engaging activities
• Yoga postures
• Mindfulness & visualization practices
• Breathing & relaxation techniques

Age Group: 7 – 11 years (these ages are just a guide)

Duration: 40 – 45min

Course runs weekly during term-time: Tuesdays (5:15pm – 5:55pm)

Next term dates: 13 April – 28 May

Cost: £35 per term (7 weeks)

Registration and payment required prior to term commencement
