About Kids Yoga (8 – 11 years)

Yoga is for everyone! You are never too young to start! In a fun, supportive and nurturing environment children learn to develop important inter- and intrapersonal skills that build the foundation for lifelong well-being.

• Mindfulness & visualization practices
• Breathing & relaxation techniques

Age Group: 8 – 11 years

Duration: 40 – 45min

Course runs weekly during term-time: Tuesdays (5:15pm – 5:55pm)

Next term dates: 15 September – 20 October 2020 (6 weeks)

Cost: £30 per term

Registration and payment required prior to term commencement
