I’m Connie Bedford, a certified yoga therapist, experienced yoga teacher and health & wellness coach passionate about helping you feel your best. Whether you are navigating pregnancy, early parenthood, menopause, supporting your child’s or teen’s wellbeing, managing a long-term health condition or looking to stay active as you age, I am here to guide you every step of the way.

I offer a whole-person approach to wellness, combining yoga, mindful movement, breathwork, relaxation & meditation and coaching to help you reconnect with your body, restore balance and feel empowered on your health journey. My mission is to create a welcoming space where you feel supported, inspired and confident to take charge of your health.

Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy yoga differs from general yoga in several ways. Classes are specifically designed to create a safe and nurturing environment to unwind, connect with yourself, your body and your baby while feeling empowered and more comfortable with growth and change.

Corporate Yoga

Having spent more than 13 years in the corporate world, experiencing the stresses from deadline-driven work & projects and side-effects from sitting (or standing) at a desk all day, I understand the importance of mental health in the workplace. Mental health has long been an overlooked part of employee wellbeing. 

Private Yoga

Private yoga classes are a great way to develop a home practice, or if students are completely new to yoga and may feel nervous and would like some private sessions before joining a public class. Other people may lead busy, hectic work lives that do not enable them to attend classes.
