About Private Yoga

Private yoga classes are a great way to develop a home practice, or if you are completely new to yoga and may feel nervous and would like some private sessions before joining a public class. Or you may lead a busy, hectic work live that does not enable you to attend regular yoga classes.

Private 1:1 lessons  or small group (2-3 people) sessions can take place in the privacy of your home, office or agreed location.

The first session
I always like to meet new clients first to take a medical and exercise history and discuss what you are hoping to achieve from a regular yoga practise. The initial consultation enables me to design a personal practise in order to achieve best progress within a set time.
