About Private Yoga

Private yoga classes are a great way to develop a home practice, or if students are completely new to yoga and may feel nervous and would like some private sessions before joining a public class. Other people may lead busy, hectic work lives that do not enable them to attend classes.

Private classes can be taken 1:1 or small group sessions in the privacy of your home or office.

The first session
I always like to meet new clients first to take a medical and exercise history and discuss what they are hoping to achieve from a regular yoga practise. The initial consultation is free and enables me to design a personal practise in order to achieve best progress within a set time.
