Pregnancy yoga differs from general yoga in several ways. Classes are specifically designed to create a safe and nurturing environment to unwind, connect with yourself, your body and your baby while feeling empowered and more comfortable with growth and change.
Suitable from 13 weeks and/or first scan, until the end of pregnancy.
