I attended Connie’s pregnancy yoga class between week 19 and 40 (5 to 9 month) of my first pregnancy. Each class has been such a lovely and relaxing moment. Connie is very attentive to every little pain and discomfort a woman might experience during this special time and adapt the exercises accordingly. The breathing techniques and visualisations we learnt have helped me keep calm during labour. I can’t wait to start Connie’s baby & mama yoga classes soon!
