I would definitely recommend and advocate Connie’s C & B Yoga classes. I have been attending Connie’s classes for about six months possessing very little knowledge of Yoga before,but looking for something to benefit my general well-being and fitness,well Connie’s classes certainly ticks all the boxes.
Connie is an excellent experienced teacher who is very kind and caring and supportive to everyone’s needs and health issues.
Connie posses passion and enthusiasm and is continuously looking to enhance her art by attending up to date studies.
Throughout the Yoga session Connie checks on everyone’s well-being and these are normally themed with a fun and most relaxing approach.
At present Connie’s sessions are currently being run on-line which is an excellent lift in the present circumstances.
