About Kids Yoga (7 – 11 years)

You are never too young to start! In a fun, supportive and nurturing environment children learn to develop important inter- and intrapersonal skills that build the foundation for lifelong well-being.

Focus:
• Engaging activities
• Yoga postures
• Mindfulness & visualization practices
• Breathing & relaxation techniques
